  • A 90-minute deep-dive into what’s affecting your wellbeing, with tailored guidance to support next steps. This is particularly useful for someone who doesn’t know if they want longer-term therapy, or if there’s a particular challenge you’re dealing with and need to talk through in a confidential space, and can be delivered online or in-person in Preston or Southport.

    Price: £70 for 90 minutes

  • A series of 60-90 minute therapist-led sessions with a small group of like-minded people, exploring key issues and experiences with support and guidance from me. The next upcoming series is Anxiety & You in Southport.

  • Interactive 60–90 minute group workshops with guided exercises, reflection, and actionable tools for attendees to use afterwards. These are tailored for specific groups and interests - including education settings, workplaces, gyms and bespoke groups.
